Long-haired Lambskin New Zealand Colors

Colors for the designer rug made from long-haired New Zealand lambskin

The designer rugs made from New Zealand long-haired lambskin are available in 12 colors.

New Zealand lambskin colors

For all colors, we recommend ordering a sample first before having a rug made in that color.

Please note that all sheepskin rugs (except for the white version) are dyed with natural colors, as New Zealand lambskin naturally only comes in whitish tones. The dyeing process ensures that you receive a designer sheepskin rug that is absolutely uniform.

White

The white shade is the natural variant of New Zealand long-haired lambskin, but can be described as a gentle "off-white" color, which can sometimes have a slightly yellowish shimmer. Its naturalness makes white one of our most popular shades, as it can be combined with almost all colors and interior styles.

Dark Brown

Dark brown contrasts strongly with lighter shades, making it appear more powerful, yet also warm and earthy. Especially on light wooden floors, this dark sheepskin rug unfolds its full effect and brings a Nordic and natural atmosphere into your interior. A dark brown sheepskin rug is a real eye-catcher with character.

Linen (Beige)

Linen – also known as beige – is one of the most popular shades for long-haired lambskin rugs from New Zealand. This warm, light tone is versatile and brings natural tranquility to any room. It feels inviting without absorbing light and is timelessly elegant.

Black

A deep black lambskin has a noble sheen and adds a touch of luxury to any room. Black can be effortlessly combined with all colors and looks particularly modern in bright, clearly designed rooms. At the same time, stains are hardly visible on black fur, making this rug both stylish and practical.

Light Brown

The light brown shade is the perfect balance between light and dark – subtle, yet with depth. Depending on the light, the fur shows beautiful color changes that give the designer rug character. This natural look fits perfectly into almost any living room – whether modern or classic.

Dark Grey

A designer rug in dark grey looks powerful, stylish, and expressive. The color is reminiscent of cool steel grey and harmonizes particularly well with light or white elements. Create an elegant contrast with this sheepskin rug, combining Nordic design with modern coloring.

Brown

The warm brown tone has a slightly grayish undertone and is therefore also referred to as walnut brown. A sheepskin rug in this color has a fine, natural appeal, and the natural sheen of the long-haired lambskin brings out the nuances of color. The color is more neutral than dark brown and stylishly adapts to both modern and classic interiors.
