Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

If the items do not fit, you are welcome to exchange them for another product or return them for a refund. Please contact us via email or by phone if you would like to make an exchange.

We offer a 100-day return policy. Return shipping (not for exchanges, nor for returning only part of an order) costs €5 and will be deducted from the final amount.

For orders over 100 CHF you enjoy free shipping.

For orders under 100 CHF, shipping costs 21 CHF.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days. Shipping times for international orders depend on the products and the destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 100 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, unworn/unused, with all labels still attached, and include all original packaging.

We offer free exchanges within 100 days.

Returns cost 20 CHF. If you choose to receive store credit, the return is free of charge.

Both exchanges and returns must be registered via our returns portal.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the items.

If you are returning your goods, please use the packaging in which the goods arrived.

Seal the packaging well and ensure that the return label remains clearly legible.

When returning shoes, we would like to point out that the shoe box must not be taped directly or sealed with adhesive tape. Please use additional packaging to protect the box. The shoe box must not be used as the sole return packaging, as it is no longer suitable for resale if damaged.

If these instructions are not followed, a return fee of €20 will be charged.
