Returns

We offer a 100-day return policy, which means you can request a return up to 100 days after receiving your item.

The return label costs CHF 20. If you choose a credit note, the return is free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please use our return portal. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

NATURES Collection A/S, Troldhøjvej 7, DK-8722 Hedensted, Denmark.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

If you have any questions about returns, you can contact us at any time at hallo@sheepskinhouse.ch or call us on (+49) 406 558 9511.

When you return your goods, please use the packaging in which they arrived.

Seal the packaging securely and make sure the return label remains clearly legible.

When returning shoes, please note that labels and tape must not be applied directly to the shoebox. Please use additional outer packaging to protect the box. The shoebox must not be used as the only return packaging, because once damaged it is no longer suitable for resale.

If these instructions are not followed, a return fee of CHF 20 will be charged.

If you have any questions about your return, you can contact us at hallo@sheepskinhouse.ch. We are always here to help and reply within 1-2 working days.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item and, once the return has been confirmed, place a separate order for the new item.

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us straight away if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and put it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), made-to-measure products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (e.g. cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Reduced items from the sale can of course also be returned within 100 days. Gift cards are excluded from returns.
