Description
Description
The 100x60 cm variant of the New Zealand lambskin is the perfect length for most chairs and is therefore particularly popular.
With the exception of the white variant, the pelts should not be exposed to direct sunlight, as this can cause them to discolour over time.

Our short-haired lambskin from New Zealand is Best in Test!
Our short-haired Merino lambskin was rated as Best in Test – and even described as luxurious! The review particularly highlighted the high quality of our lambskins, which is noticeable in both the color and the wool. They are also very comfortable and cozy and, with their natural beauty, blend into any interior.

New Zealand sheepskin curled and short-haired
Curled New Zealand sheepskins are known for their short, robust wool fibers and small curls. Such a sheepskin is suitable for daily use and goes well with almost any seating arrangement. A curled New Zealand sheepskin gives contemporary interiors a luxurious touch and can be used both outdoors and indoors. In our collection, you will find a selection of different sizes and shapes that offer you countless possibilities.
The New Zealand lambskin with short hair and fine curls is available in eight different colors. Among the eight color variants, you will find three shades of grey: light grey, grey, and anthracite. All three variants have a great natural sheen and can also be wonderfully combined with each other. The two brown tones in our selection are listed under the names brown and Cappuccino. The Cappuccino color is significantly darker than the brown variant and is particularly popular because it is very robust and versatile. The lightest color variant is white, although you should note that a lambskin never has a perfectly snow-white color. However, the New Zealand short-haired lambskin in white probably comes closest to snow-white. The black color variant is strong, shiny, and luxurious and looks particularly good on light furniture, where it provides a great contrast. The last, and probably most popular color, in our range is linen, a color that is also occasionally referred to as cream-colored.
Like all skins in our range, the New Zealand short-haired lambskins are natural by-products of local meat production. The sheep roam freely through the landscape, which is why skins from different countries of origin look so different. The individual pelt is perfectly adapted to the local conditions. In addition to the short-haired variant, the lambskin from New Zealand is also available with long hair. The main differences between the two variants are that the short-haired lambskin is shorn, while the long-haired variant has straightened hair.
Short-haired lambskins from New Zealand are not only particularly beautiful but also easy to care for. Find simple care tricks on our blog and ensure that your pelt still looks like new after a long time.
